Anyone deal with OpTiMi5t? I paid over a week ago and have received no shipping or any responses from him in over 4 days. Has logged onto SL in that time.

I have decided to open a paypal dispute regarding this. considering every method of contact i have has went silent from seller, will be escalating to claim this evening.

Figured I should warn the community. Since this was over $530 dollars, I will follow all legal actions possible.

Looks fairly shady from the start with the eBay pics, no SN posted. Not sure what to tell you man. Go through with the paypal claim and see what happens.

I wish I could understand why people do this ____ though. As much as it might suck - if something has changed, just say something. Even if he can't sell it any longer - just say so and refund the money.

Why the shenanigans?

Yeah. I plan on pursuing it as far as possible. Part of me down inside hopes its just something came up...but that feeling keeps going away...

Money is being refunded via Paypal.

He "says" he canceled shipping the other day due to me opening a claim. Which i did today.

I'm still confident he tried to screw me and didn't get away with it.

I'll post again once this is completed.

Still just messed up. As long as you get your money back though. Funny about the "canceled shipping" from "the other day" though.

man i thought that sale was a scam when I first saw it and it turns out it probably was. Good thing your getting your money back.

Yeah I hate to rag on people, but if he really shipped it, all he had to do was scan a receipt with tracking info into Paypal and they would have waited...

That's why I put my money on scam.

Money returned, workings it way into my account. Not by his choice, Paypal decide in my favor since seller had no proof of shipment.
