edit: is the o2 sensor in the header the same as the one in the spipe?


P0136 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank #1 Sensor #2)
I got that cel code while driving on the highway.
Advance Auto Parts said the O2 sensor at the S-pipe gone bad.
I have DC header with antifouler mod and Invida S-pipe over 3 years. Car now have 72K miles. This is the first cel i got.
Anyone have their o2 sensor gone bad?
Should I try to put back the stock header to see if the cel would go away? or just go order the new sensor?

 

you need an antifouler on the s-pipe o2 sensor, preferably with a 90degree bend

 

i have the antifouler on it, never got a cel for 3 years until now.

 

Sensor might have died. Mine did at one time, around that mileage too. That is the mileage where those are rated as well.
