how many inches off the ground if the lowest spot of the tc's front bumper(with no lip kid) when the trd suspension(springs&shocks) is installed...

wanna make sure ill be able to function in new jersey

 

I can measure tonight for ya, but I have the ground effects kit as well, so I'm not sure where the factory front lip is on yours. I can say, it dropped the vehicle 1.5 inches total. It really makes the wheels look much better on the car and it corners great. The ride a obviously a little rougher than stock.....but way worth it
