what tires would fit 17" enkei that came with xa rs1?
Hi there, wondering if anybody knows what 'thicker' tire to use to soften the ride, i can feel everything on the road right now and it is really shaking everyhting loose on the dash thanks!!
hrmmm im going to guess that you got wheels on the xB from the dealer (they added em as a package) ... they were 17s ... is so you prolly got a 205 40 17" correct?
you have a few options ... you can go with a 205 45 17" or a 215 45 17" that should give you a little more rubber

you are right, those are from the dealer on an Xa RS1.0 not an xb, but I think they are the same, thanks for the advice, I will check them, out... would he extra rubber effect the mileage calibration???
I went with 215 45 17 tires on mine, and its wayyy better. My last car I had on 205 40 17 tires and i hated it, so this time I added some comfort to the ride, I love it.
There's a place on LakeForest drive off the 5 freeway, just before you hit Vatozone--I mean, Autozone. I think it's either a Big 0 or a Just Tires. They have reasonable pricing and do good work.
