If these instructions don't work then you may have bought the wrong key. I did the same thing. The key you want is FCC ID : MOZB41TG

Thanks for the help. I had the same instructions but I guess it was just operator error, I finally got it to work You really have to be right on with the timing, damn! Thanks again.

I have an 08 XD and had 2 keyless fobs that were in the glove compartment that dont match that fcc#. I was wondering if they could work GQ43VT20T and HYQ12BBX or do I need to run down a MOZB41TG

If they're not already programmed for the car, just go ahead and try it. Also if they're not cut yet, use your cut key for the ignition part of the programming. Then press the buttons on the ones from your glove box to sync with the car at the end. If they won't sync after several tries, you could still sell the uncut keys on eBay.

They are not the "key fobs," they are just regular Toyota fobs. I have no idea if they had ever worked. I've tried a handful of times and I get as far as the doors locking themselves and unlocking themselves 2xs and that's it. Its cool though cause I've got a birthday in a few weeks plus Christmas for family to hook me up with the right gimmick.
