Figured I'd share this with everyone, it's a heck of a deal. If I was in the area, I would jump on this, but I'm hesitant. Buying non local on CL is hard, it's one thing if it's ebay, but this is too risky. But, that's me, someone else may feel different, or a local guy could jump on it!
