Ok, about 10 mins ago, I left my house to go down to Blockbuster to rent some movies. I pull onto PCH, and I'm cruising down when I come up to 2 cars that are right next to each other, one in the slow lane(a silver honda civic), and one in the fast lane(black old model bmw 5 series) with another car behind it(black late model mercedes). Mind you that the speed limit is 50, and they are both going 40. So I am still in the fast lane, waiting for the guy to pass, he doesn't pass, and continues to stay there, so I switch lanes to the slow lane hoping that the car will go fast enough that I'll be able to pass the guy in the fast lane. So I'm waiting there, not riding his ___ or anything, when all of a sudden he slams on his brakes (emergency style) and at the same time, the they mercedes in back of the BMW swerves into my lane. I full on swerve as fast as I can into the emergency lane (thank god it was there or I'd be f'd right now) and slammed on the accelorator (b/c I had a hunch they were all together trying to pull some sort of sh*t). Im going like 80 now, and I see the whole pack of 3 of them accelerating and gaining on me. Luckily there is hardly anyone else on the road and I'm, able to get it up to 120 pulling away from them. I rush into a side street, and wait for them to pass, they had slowed down again to 40 by this time, waiting to prey on someone else, and I pulled in back of them again, not getting too close, and wrote down all 3 of their liscence plate #'s. I then called 911 and got the Lost Hills Sheriff station, where I reported these 3 "drunk drivers", that ran me off the road. They said they had some deputies in the area, so I hope to god that they got them and arrested them.

P.S. If any of you Fu**ers are out there and reading this, please pm me and we will meet and settle this like real men. Me and my bat will take on all three of you at once.

Insurance fraud, be careful with that. It sounds like they were gonna try to get you to hit the guy in front of you, and the other two would be his witnesses.

Wow, crazy ____, glad you're alright man.

Odd that they were gaining on you with the fact that you were on the gas first and had the jump, more surprised the civic was gaining too.

ya, thats what I was thinking. If anyone else in the Santa Monica/Malibu area sees those bast**ds tonight or any other night trying to pull that bs. Call the police immediatly and get there asses thrown in jail.

Ya, I dont know if it was stock or what, all I was thinking of was trying to get away from them. I swear my heart was going a million miles per hour, I was actually really scared.

settle it like men? them VS you and a bat? Whats so manly about using physical force with a weapon? If you got the plates and called them in follow up and fix it correctly. BTW if they read this and link it to you, you canbe charged for Assault by all 3 cars. Because the verbal threat of violence is the definition of assault

Well if they go to the cops and try to say jrv2000 "assaulted" them, that'll just be self-incrimination for being those 3 guys involved in this bizarre turn of events.

hey you're not alone in this.. just yesterday i was cruising along and there was a minivan with out of area dealer trim ring.. he was wanting to pass me so i got over.. i get behind him, he hardly accelerates.. it was a guy and a woman in the passenger seat.. i look into my blind spot and see a taurus coming up on me.. pacing me in my blind spot! I was getting ____ed that this guy wouldn't acclerate, so i veered over into the turn lane to look to see if someone was in front of the minivan.. no one, but when i did he veered over to sort of block me. Then the taurus began speeding up.. Hearing too much of the "swoop and hit" thing, i slammed on the gas and cut off the taurus.. i was out of there.. just then i look over and there are two country sheriffs.. was only 5 over, they didn't care.. when they saw the cops they weren't driving like that anymore.. then i noticed the minivan trying to speed up back there.. i took off, never saw me again.. but when you mention what they were doing it was obvious it was a swoop and hit thing.. mine might have been as well.. they just dont realize these cars have good acceleration and great brakes... glad nothing happened to you.. and to me as well..

Ya, I think its fair all three of them vs. me and a bat. How else should I get my aggression towards them out. I am minding my own business and they try and pull this sort of b.s. on me? You can be sure I am going to follow up on this. I will make sure they atleast get a warning or something.

As for this last part of you post I dont really know what you mean. If you are trying to say that they can sue me for saying I want to kick their ___, let them try. My first amendment right gaurentees me freedom of speech, and thats exactly what I'm doing. I am very mad at this situation, and I believe that I have every right to be. If they want to take me to court, let them, my dad has a very good attorney that would gladely back up an A student who has a perfect driving record.

Oh, I see, what I could have really used tonight is that damn TRD supercharger!!!!! *Wink Wink* A little more hp would have definatly helped me put some more room between me and those guys.

what's so odd about the civic and the M3 gaining on him? M3's are fast and that civic coulda been a civic Si. it's not like the tc has a high top end. not bashing or anything but facts are facts.

but yeah, that seems like an insurance job to me.

Damn, glad you got away ok. They were probably trying to pull the exact same stuff as they were on me. I think that this swat and swoop stuff is getting more and more out of control, because now that I think of it, I rememeber seeing some sort of insurance commercial where they talk about it. I need to start carrying around a video camera in my car, like the police have in theirs, so I have evidence if something like this happens and its 3 against 1, or 2 in your case.

It was actually a 90's model 5 series BMW. But yeah, they were definatly up to something.
