Default End of the xA ?

Yesterday, a Scion sales-chick told me they got an email stating the xA is near the end of it's run. There are X-number left to produce and that will be all. She didn't say whether that was hundreds or thousands (probably). Anybody else heard that? Any news of a replacement?

Default they better not

Ok, Ok i know everyone loves there xB and they out number the xA 10 to 1 but dont forget about the 1 (me for example).

I love the xA
The xB is kinda tall(thats my nice whay of saying boxy but it is growing on me.
The Tc is going to be too "Lexus" in my mind.

So the xA is a perfect fit for the everyone else. Also lets think about the market with chevy, ford, honda all having knock offs of the xA that means theres a market the only reason fo them to think of killing it right now is because of toyota matrix.

Realistically, how can they take the xA away when it's hasn't been released nationwide yet?

She's trying to play with you. From what others have said on SL hundreds of xAs are sitting at the port, so there should be no problem with supply.

The xA is the US version of the JDM Ist, so when the Ist gets replaced, the xA will get replaced.

Find a different dealer, one that doesn't play games.

I could understand if they slow down production because they were anticipating the xA to outsell the xB, so I dont see them canceling production on the whole xA line.

Haha silly talk... the xA should be around for awhile, as stated before.. its not even been released across the US!

Tho... i do wonder how long it'll be on the market.. or how long until it gets a cosmetic change :?:

Sounds like a "sales pitch" to me. A sort of, "Better get yours now because they're gettin' rid of 'em …"

If it quacks like a duck …

I'm back.

Sales pitch? No, I'm interested in the xB. I had heard the xB was possibly marked for retirement. She said "no", but they had gotten the email about the xA. The A's just aren't selling in the USA as they hoped.
