Default need help/opinions on my TC!!

hey guys im kind of confused on exactly wut to get for my flint mica 5spd tc...i got $2000 dollars left and so far i got 19 inch rims and sum sylvania silverstar superwhite headlights...
so with the 2000 dollars first off.....
im for sure getting tein s-tech springs....on my 19 inch rims....i bought the rims through the dealer...the 19s on the accessory catalog...but the problem is...i dont know how low to lower it....and i still want to find a good front lip for the tc..since there are not a lot...im waiting...but i want to hook up my car already....and im not sure that if i lower it..will my lip kit fit alredy lowered...or should i wait for the lip kit then get it lowered???........next off.....i wanna get a intake....the thing is..id rather get a short ram instead of a CAI becuz of rain and bypass valve and too much to worry about.....but there are barely any short rams and if there are any besides weapon r...lookin for injen or really good SRI's.... short ram intakes are about the same price as the CAI......next off the exhaust....i heard the trd axelback and it sounds pretty awesome http://zoltiz.com/cars/tc/video/ .......but i heard in the long run cat back exhaust systems are better for the car...and greddy is coming out with one, i just dont knoe when..... http://www.wheelstiresrims.com/dl~pns~tC-Scion-0.html ..... and greddy is like an amazing company to me....honestly..i desperately want to modify my car already but not alot of things that i like are out or even made yet....should i be patient or do u guys have any suggestions???? please help me
