Default installed radio now stuff doesnt work

So today i installed a new headunit and subwoofers in my friends TC. Everything went together perfectly without a problem but when i was done the driver side power window switch wouldnt operate the passenger window and the sunroof only opens an inch at a time. The stereo works fine though. I did have to disconnect the battery leads when i hooked up the power wire for the subs. any ideas? Needs to get this fixed ASAP.

your power windows need to be re initialized. press the power window switch on each door including the moonroof all the way down then pull up to close all the way and hold for around 3 seconds.

^x2 For the passenger window you have to use the switch at that door, you'll see the light blinking on the switch. For the moonroof I held the button to close it for a few seconds, then you'll hear the motor for it initiate, then it'll open just fine.
