stupid question
Someone told me if i put aftermarket wheels on my car that my warranty will be void. If anyone knows if this is true it would be great. I planned on ordering a set of 16 inch rota subzeros or 17 inch roja's
Thanks

You can put whatever you want on your car. BUT, nothing bigger than a 18" wheel is allowed. If you put up to 18" on your car your war. is still good. I sold Toyotas for 2 years and Scions for about 1. Any other stupid questions PM me...
putting on aftermarket wheels: No, your warranty will not be voided...
Putting on aftermarket wheels that cause damage: yes, the warranty to whatever you broke will be voided!
Ask around for wheel sizes and you should be fine.....

You all need to Google: Magnusson-Moss Act
The manufacturer CANNOT just void your warranty for ANY aftermarket part. The burden of proof is on THEM to PROVE whatever aftermarket part you added has caused the problem you are making a warranty claim for.
That is U.S. federal law. Know your rights. Don't let salespeople or dealers lie to you.
