Agree, I am flying out to Cali for Rd 6 @ Buttonwillow Raceway July 23rd – 24th. I want to see this in person. I guess we can already rule out the weak point of the motor. RODS/PISTONS, rings. The crankshaft is forged from the factory so that is nothing to worry about. The head would probably be the next weak point. Probably would just need valves, springs/retainers. Thanks to GReddy doing "real world," testing we can actually see the potential of the "2AR-FE.."

 

Good to see that GReddy is really supporting the tC2 platform! There was a decent amount of aftermarket support for the 1st Gen, but not a whole lot from the big guys. Even GReddy had their turbo kit, but that was about all they offered worth noting.

 

Yea no kit is perfect, but you can always build your own kit, or buy a kit and change a few parts.

 

Descendant has been working pretty darn hard on the TC2

 

Not like they did for the first gen tC...

 

I can't wait to get a LSD

 

There is already a 2ar-fe 2011 tC making 500hp. It's driven by Fredrick Aasbo in Formula D.

Yay, good news...GReddy hits the dyno and tunes their tC2 with PRofec B2 & e-Manage Ultimate. I have my thoughts that their tC's PRofec B2 & e-Manage Ultimate will be an fuel management option to buy with their turbo whenever they finish their R&D...
