I would really like to see one of these made for an xB or xA....

 

you and me both... we should consider putting together groups and appoint one person to follow up on things, it seems the idea of a carbon fiber spoiler, or other parts with high request number get repeated quite a bit..

maybe a sticky for a specific part and a designated person to volunteer on keeping up the status for that part, it would hopefully make this stuff easier for us to get produced.. maybe a Committee post sectioon full of designated requested parts? damn, I already know what's going to happen..

 

Just to let you know, i've talked with my sponsor and i brought up the idea that i'd like to see a cf spoiler made for the xA(since i drive the xA). Anyways he said that it can happen, just give him an idea for the design. I was also told a cf front lip is in the works to be put onto my car once the prototype is done.

 

Some of the companies I have approached as well as my sponsor has talked about doing this for quite some time. I know that APR is working on a universal wing that might go on both the xA and xB.

The question is what style..factory, Lover Soul - DAMD etc..

If there are enough interest and manufacturers see that they will build it.

I have posted about the hoods here about 3 months ago and got a so so response but after a lot more people started to show some interest in it,,you have a handful of companies now offering CF hoods..

I am certain that the wings will be next. Post ideas and how much are you willing to pay for one...if there are enough post and information that companies can go by in this particular thread..I will forward it to the manufacturer to nudge them in that direction and hopefully see those parts made in the near future.

This is a full kit from bBist that includes all factory ground effects and the deck lid trim (the one above the license plate) the hood is on the way and the wing is still pending...It's not carbon wrapped stock parts but whole new parts..
