Default bad 5th gear keeps popping out found problem (pics included)

my car started to pop out of gear while i drive it started slowly where it would stay in gear and if i hit a bump pop out or if i was in boost it would pop out. i did some research and found plenty of people saying are 5th gear and synchros are going bad or low transmision fluid. when i filled up with new fluids it did nothing so next step was buy used transmision. luckly guy was seling one local for only $150 on craigslist so i picked it up when i took a closer look at it the bell housing was bad where it bolted to the mount. tryed taking it to the tranmission shop to see if they could swap out my bell housing with the old one and he told me as much as i will spend on that i can rebuil my own so i wen back to the shop and tried it myself i rember ther was a thread about someone swapping there 5th gear and synchro by removing only the black cover. i started it and i think i did it correct lol wish me luck.

Good job bro! U just saved yourself a lot of dough. Did you use a pulley puller for the fifth gear?

a pully puller didnt just fit so we mad shift a gig to make it work.

if you need some help or instructions i can kinda tell you how i did it the best i can without pics. the tool to remove it could not be found any where local and the transmission shop wanted to charge way to much.
