Default Tanabe tower bar!

I emailed Tanabe recently asking when their DF springs were going to be released for the tC since my friend has them on his xB and his car looks and rides great. Unfortunately... they said that they were still in production but would be arriving soon.

On a brighter note, the nice guys at www.tanabe-usa.com told me their tower bar just came in and they emailed me some picture links and even referred me to a local shop who would give me a good deal on it for under $100. (!!!) Very pleasant company to deal with.

I think I'm going to buy it in a few days to hold me over until the springs arrive. Here are the pics. I'll post pics of the install after I get it:

Apparently, this is the underside

It looks simple, clean and functional. The end plates also match my car's color.

Does anyone have any experience with their tower bars on other cars? They mentioned something about adjusting the preload, but I wasn't 100% sure what they were talking about.

Finally! A strut bar that is sanely priced!

I don't care if they look cool, I can't shell out lots of $$ for a metal bar.

I like the looks of that one. Oh, and I also live in SD so if you could pm me the store details I'd appreciate it!

How do you post the pictures? The img tag doesnt seem to be working for me

heres the url link they gave me:

http://www.tanabe-usa.com/r&d/DSC00025.JPG
http://www.tanabe-usa.com/r&d/DSC00024.JPG

It's shiny shiny :D The other bars that i've seen were all kind of mat painted which i dont like. Price is the best though. Tanabe is by no means a small name when it comes to performance parts

Will do suby

I bought these strutbars at ebay.
I like em a little better because it's gun metal and it matches the flint mica =).
and they are the 2005 SCION TC DC SPORTS CARBON STEEL STRUT BAR BARS 05
Here's a link:
