Got it about a month ago. Actually got it for mpg. Decided to get the TRD springs and some 17's. Fun to drive, and don't see many done up in Tucson.

welcome to the club. . . and not to be ***** to you, but I am going to try to ask this in the nicest way possible. . . did you know that adding larger wheels/tires to your car dramatically reduces mpg? I just noticed that it was a reason why you bought the car. Personally I would have gone with light weight 15" wheels. . . larger wheels put more weight where it does the most harm on your vehicle. . . the rotating masses. They make your engine, brakes, and suspension work harder, reducing your mpg and your hp as well.

BUT, they do look sweet, and I assume that is why you got them. I just noted that you made it a point to state that you got the car FOR mpg. . .

Even so, I'm still gettin' 33 mpg. Butt that up against my Tacoma you see in the background that has 33" tires on it that gets 15 mpg... Point taken though, should have clarified that it was versus my Taco...

Yeah. . . then that makes sense. . . I have nothing against rims at all! They look nice! But then some people will complain about gas mileage not meeting claims, but are running 19" rims. And I bet those tires make the care handle VERY nicely!
