You know, that is a really good question. What does xB mean? And what does xA mean? And, for that matter, what does tC mean, and why is that car not named xC?

I could be wrong, but this is what I've always just assumed..... "x" is the name of the platform that the echo is built on, so the "A" and "B" are simply the first 2 cars built on the "x" platform. "t" is the platform of the tC and "C" is the third letter, third car. As to why the platforms are named "x" and "t" I have no idea
