Default Awesome Toyota/Scion dealership experience

During my lunch at work, as i was leaving the office i was backing out and i heard a crack. Turns out i picked up the corner of my bosses mailbox and my driver's side bumper came off..not completely off but it came loose and some screws got loose. Anyways, i went to the dealership to get my oil changed today (ironically) and when i went inside i asked the guy about the bumper. He told me i would have to go to parts to get a quote for the mishap and that i wouldnt be able to bring the car BACK in until late next week to get it fixed. So they changed my oil, rotated the tires and whatever...i get home and figure i could half ___ it and try to fix it myself. Turns out they fixed it at the dealership....They popped it right back in. Im impressed....no idea why they would do this. Plus 100 for Toyota though!

Luckily you got a hold of a mechanic who actually takes pride in his job.

^This.

Don't find many that would do that, they're a rarity.

Although popping in a bumper isn't exactly difficult it's good to see them do it out of good will. God knows how many time toyota techs just throw parts at things(on your dime).

most good toyota dealerships do an "in good faith" repair for free...or very minimal charge

i got a brand new (stock toyo) tire..installed...for only 20 bucks
