Default want to go lower but can i take theses bars off ??????

ok i want to go lower but idk what theses bars are but i am always getting stuck on speed bumps and theses bars are whats getting me stuck lol so my question is can i take theses bars off and will it do any damage if i take them off ??

I would replace them with a custom flat bar at least if you were trying to go lower

thats a good idea do you know if anyone has taking them off and left them off ?

I do not knwo if its been done. Home depot has bar that could be used for that for pretty cheap them simply drill holes.

Those are chassis stiffening braces, I would not remove them. If you found some thick flat bar stock you could replace them with that as suggested above.
