dont do it, go with the warranty then when its over. try it, thats what id do.. but its your car.
warranty is a farse. They lie to you when you want something repaired and put your car out of commission unneedingly. I rather have someone I trust work on my car, and maintain it myself.

Based on what? Your statement is false. I have had over $10k in warranty repairs, and my dealership always took care of everything. I mean everything. Its worth noting I was able to sue toyota (and won) on the lemon law statutes, but if I would of slapped a turbo on it, id be out in the cold holding my *****.
If you have a warranty, and expect to keep it - dont try the shady "replace it when it breaks, then take it in" meaning use the warranty as it was intended.
If you dont care about it, or want to go big - then go ahead and mod, and do it at your own risk. Pretty simple, but a lot of you guys bash toyota - and I would say even though my car turned out to be a steaming turd after buying the supercharger, toyota STILL did step up to the plate. If it would of been a ford, or hyundai, or anything else - I am not sure I could say the same thing.
Did TRD make a turbo or charger for the Tc2? i want to install a turbo or charger but i have a 2013 and don't want to lose my warranty right away.
TRD did not make one for the tC2 but PTUNING did!!!
If you are interested in learning more about what we offer for the tC2? Please give us a call at the shop 703-257-1728 or send me a PM. I am more then happy to answer all of your questions. If you are interested in keeping your warranty until it expires? I would hold off, and wait until you are ready to make this kind of commitment.
