Spicy Really? He wants to mod his tC! Let him. Suggest something or dont post.

To answer the OP's question I would start with Tint and a drop. Amazing how much a drop can make the tC look that much better. The tint helps too. Look in the classifieds for some used springs and buy some tokico blues for new shocks or try and find a set of used coilovers. Not sure what your budget is though. Feel free to PM me if you need any help. Happy modding! Also please dont buy HID's unless you wanna get a true retrofit done.

First thing I did was change the interior lights to LED's. Some tints, rims, shift ****, shift boot. Simple stuff.

Without a doubt the best first (and last) mod you could do:

Depends on if you want performance or looks first.

I changed my intake first to a weapon r short ram. Did Megan headers/s pipe/cat back exhaust. Then tinted my windows, and finally put on some Trd springs. Changed my grilles and then painted my wheels

But I was going for performance first. For the most part anyway.

No, clearly raceland coils slammed on crappy 50 dollar rims is the best mod you can do.
