11's, finally

The person who did the video/photography showed up as my runs got slower, trans was overheating (became hard to shift) . Car never cooled down ( threat of rain, hot lapped ). I am thankful he made the video, I didn't even ask!

Thanks guys. Im going to ditch some weight, and figure this trans situation out, and go back. My shifting got progressively more notchy as I continued making passes. The Kaaz lsd I installed calls for GL5 gear oil, which is really meant for diffs only. My syncros dont like it. When the trans gets hot it gets worse.

First off, awesome pass!
Secondly, on the trans, what about forced trans cooling? Dont you guys have a setup like that on your TA car? I was actually thinking about doing something like that on my trans, just need to figure out where to locate the ports for feeding the gear lube back into the trans, Im assuming best results would be using tubing to direct the gear oil directly onto the gears? Oh and sorry I took this way offtopic lol.

I am considering doing a cooler, easiest way would be to use drain plug and fill plugs. Use scavaging pump from drain, through cooler, then pumps into fill plug, or reverse sensor port. I think Im going to try REDLINE 75w90ns GL5, it is a ''hybrid oil'' which is good for syncros but also works with lsd's.

We have that here, i havent tried it yet because Kaaz doesnt recommend Synthetic, and Motul claims 100%... apparently it leaves deposits on the clutch packs, Redline is Synthetic also, but I don't think it is 100%. Im curious on what the "NS" stands for on the 75w90NS GL5 , It may just be a non synthetic blend from Redline.
