Default 05 Scion 100,000 miles

Well I have joined the 100,000 mile club. Still running perfect. Just changed the plugs and have always done the oil changes. Hoping for another 100,000 trouble free driving. Only repair was a right front bearing.

On a recent trip out to Phoenix I ran into another 05 owner and he had 186,000 miles and said he never changed anything but the oil. Hasn't even changed the belt yet.

I told him he is so lucking, but then again it is a Toyota.

There's already a thread for this but...I have 135K on my '05 and only really done oil, other basic fluids and I did have to replace my fan/drive belt but that's about it.

Congrats man. I'm at 116k and have done oil, transmission fluid, PCV valve, spark plugs, radiator cap, and have yet to do belts and water pump.

PCV valve was by far the best change as I started to lose MPG from 25 average down to 19-22mpg. Now it's back up to 25-26!
