Default whistling noise

my 09 has a whistling sound under very light acceleration, and i am wondering what it is. The best way I can describe the sound is that of an old VW beetle with the 'penny' exhaust. most of you are probably too young to know what the hell I'm talking about. lol

It sounds like something to do with the intake system. Again is is under very light, maybe less than 5% acceleration. I can only hear it with the windows down. It doesn't seem to affect the car in any way. Mainly I'm just curious. I'm thinking some vacuum device? but that would mean a leak...

Anyone notice this noise?
