Default ac heater controls stuck on high heat

Anyone have any issues with their xa heater blowing hot air no matter what the dial is set to and even with the ac on?

It might be a problem with the heater control valve. I had this problem with an older car. Don't know where it's located on the XA though. You might want to look into that a little more.

Take the car in and have the system checked out. You could be extremely low on freon, causing the compressor not to kick on.

I had the system checked and recharged two months ago

they may have overfilled the system. that will cause the compressor not to run.
