Question Neochrome Shift Knob Help

My friend gave me a shift **** to replace my stock one. I like how it looks but it has its scratches and you can tell its used. I was wondering if anyone knew how or where I could get the shift **** dipped or painted neochrome because i like that color. I live in the Miami area. Also around how much would it cost. Is it even worth it?

Don't think you can have it repainted in neochrome, i always thought neochrome was just anodized metal? you could try chameleon paint lol, but thats really expensive
