2005 - tC - $5,500 or BEST OFFER - Limited Slip - Engine Issues
Guys - So a few days ago I started hearing a small noise. While inspecting things later that day, I learned that the sound is coming from my engine. With that said, I am gauging interest in if anybody is in need of a 2005 tC, limited slip, 2yr old clutch (rated at 300trq but never saw any boost), pads/rotors/tires (less then 1yr old). I am asking $5,500 or BEST OFFER including my HD kenwood headunit, 3 gauge pod (boost/air-fuel/and oil), and 2 post strut bar in the front and 4 post in the back).
I will be surely posting more pics but all of this came on me pretty fast.
Please let me know if anybody in the NJ are is interested. All I can say is that, for a small amount of money, someone can have a heck of a car because I rather not part it off. It is easier for me to sell things at a good price, not part it out, and take a few thousand dollar loss. A few months ago, before the engine blew, I was going to sell it for $9k.
I always wanted to put a turbo in the car but I guess that is not going to happen on my clock. I almost forgot that my fuel pump was also upgraded a few years ago. Long story short, there is $3-4k in parts on the car. I rather sell it with everything in it (jut the way I was driving it) so someone can fix it up, and hopefully have plans in boosting it. Only serious inquiry only - My offer is very fair and firm. I have been on this form since 2005 so please keep the post respectful.

^I just noticed that the pic of the front of the car (was from when I started mounting the intercooler). I never turbo'd the car. All of that was sold on scionlife so there are posts to verify that (sold the whole turbo kit new - minus the mounted intercooler that I took off).
Fog lights and short shift kit included also.

Buyer pulled out - car is still up for grabs! I was doing the math and there is $5k+ in options on the car. I was being real conservative saying $4k in the above posts. I would like to keep the car as is or go lower in price with parts taken out to meet the buyers budget. Amy questions please PM me! This car has a limited slip which is a huggee plus. You rarely see any tC's with limited slips since the part plus labor was around $2k

DOUBLE check . If u have time ,remove your 10mm bolts from your coils. Start engine attempt to create noise ,once noise is apparent. .. lift up your coil one by one without removing connector. Until noise is no longer present. . If noise is still present it might not be your engine.. ive seen broken catalyst creating noise, water pumps and other just haven't seen rod bearings..

Best way is to get a loan from the bank so you can use the car and I can hand over the title. The last guy backed out due to not having enough funding but another guy came by this weekend and said he liked the car also but needed a month to get enough money.
Please let me know because I rather sell it to a person off scionlife then craigslist.
