KYB or Monroe with lowering springs?

KYB or Monroe with lowering springs?
Just looking for a little advice on which is better with lowering spring. Probably going with Tein H or S. But trying to figure out which shocks/sturts sets hold up better? My 05 Xb is a daily driver but i drive fast and love opeing the box up around corners and on the highways! Thanx guys
