the xb1 hood just feels unnecessarily heavy and that weight is also relatively high up on the car and the car is already quite nose heavy. i might consider carbon, but i was wondering if anyone makes (or if anyone would be willing to produce) an aluminum replica of the stock hood? i understand aluminum would shave a lot of weight, better w/ heat dissipation than carbon, and in the event of a crash should crumple rather than shatter?
