I'm getting my XB tomorrow :D
first i'm putting Spy 2" springs, does any one know the torque specs of the big nut that goes on the top of the strut? and the two 19mm bolts that attaches the strut to the lower arm?

hand tight will do the trick, it's how mine's put together and it works perfectly

main shock bolts...the the two big ones on the front....44lbs.....top 3bolts 29lbs...

I am installing my springs this weekend and need to konw the torque specs for all the bolts involved, front and back. Can anybody help me??? I don't want to screw it up.

dude just tighen em as tight as can be less the feeling of over tightening. thats how almost all non engine internal parts can be done.

I'm really not looking for advice on how to "feel it out". Call me crazy but I'd like to use actual recommended torque specs while assembling my suspension. If you overtighten you could damage the threads and/or never get the bolt off again. If you undertighten you risk a component of suspension coming apart during heavy handling.

Please, if anybody owns an actual service manual or knows a dealer with this information, let me know what the real torque specs are.

Front:
Steering knucle x Shock absorber 97ft-lbf
Suspension support x Piston rod 25ft-lbf

Rear:
Piston rod nut set 18ft-lbf
Shock absorber x Rear axle beam 38ft-lbf

Ok, springs are in! It took about 2 hours. Faster than I thought they would be.

They are Tein S Tech springs and they are supposed to be lower in the front than the rear, but they are lower in the rear than the front. I'm guessing they have to settle some.

yeah it'll take a bit to settle down. all i can say about specs if they dont even come from the factory at reccomended spec. and toyota 7m motors all had the incorrect specs assigned for the head bolts!!! one of the most crucial things other than the crank and rod bearings and they were wrong they lost soo many engine to blown head gaskets.
