I bet they will have the supercharger on the auto. Since it is an add-on there is little reason for them to limit it just to manual.

actually, the supercharger for the tc is a centrifugal type meaning it starts producing power at higher RPM's. From my understanding it'd be best getting yours with manual transmission if you want to get the most out of the supercharger but it'll still be available for automatic transmissions im sure.

it will work for an auto, but a manual trans is always better.

auto is for chumps, unless you are handicapped in some way, then this statement has nothing to do with you.

auto has many advantages even if you're not handicapped......rush hour traffic.....when you're exhausted from too much partying....or when you just wanna cruise......not all of us buy a supercharged car to race at every redlight......i like a fast car.....but i do have to think for everyday use

See, I want to get the tC with a supercharger and an automatic. With the supercharger because I love to drive fast, with an automatic because I'm 24 years old and I never learned how to drive a stick... don't even know anybody who owns a car with a stick that I could ask to teach me.

for drag racing, even at stop lights, an auto can be faster. for twisty back roads, a stick is the way to go.
