Yes. Appears to be exactly the same type of part as the Ground Controls.

I wouldn't waste your money if you're considering them. Just go for regular springs or a real coil-over suspension.

that's a sleeve-type coilover. imo the only sleeve-type worth spending money on is ground control. however, since there aren't any good adjustable aftermarket struts to pair them with, i'd suggest full coilovers.
