yeah it is a labor intensive mod, they even said it would be 3-4 hours! It is pretty cool but I dont like how the engine has to be on for the cover to be up.

Thanks for your interest in the tCover module.

If you live in the San Francisco Bay area, I can do the
install for you. If not, your best option would be to
download and print the tCover Installation Manual from
the web and take it to your local car stereo
installation shop. You can then ask them to look
through the manual and see if they can install it for
you.

Please let me know if you have any more questions /
concerns. email- support@tcover.net

well there you go thr email~~!!!!

There is a manual switch to open and close it.

From the website F.A.Q.
Q: What is the tCover?

A: The tCover is a device that automatically opens and closes the radio cover of the Scion tC. This can be done with the turn of the ignition key or with the use of the optional override switch.

I may have to check some local shops to see what they would charge

well there you go thr email~~!!!!

You should change your eBay auction to include a "Buy It Now" option, so people won't have to wait for the auction to end.

I would also like to see the over-ride toggle switch changed to a plain black rocker switch that nearly fills the panel. Toggles are tacky looking, and really detract from this very professional looking modification. You make that change, I just might get one.

This is the style of switch ( Carling Technologies TI-Series Tippette rocker ) I'm talking about...

I'm sure a company like Carling Technologies can hook you up with some nice rockers configured any way you wish.
