Default Got my OEM armrest from Mcgeorge today!

That worked out great! I live in PA and on Friday I found out that http://www.mcgeorgeparts.com/ sells the OEM armest for only $71.95 plus, they accept the $50 Scion gift cards, so I called and ordered one. I talked to Brandon and he said that I had alreay missed their UPS shipment for the day, so it would ship out on Monay (today). Anyhow, I took my family on a little weekend get-a-way to Williamsburg,VA this weekend. While we were there, I realized that our route home took us VERY close to Mcgeorge Toyota in Richmond. So I called them up this morning before they put the arnrest on the UPS truck and I drove by and got it! I just go home and installed it in my wife's xB. I love it. It looks 100% factory and it's very solid and stable. Not bad for a grand total of $21.95

You'll like it. I have the Boomerang with the leather top in my xA and I like it alot too, but this OEM armrest is really nice. It doesnt get in the way of anything and it's rock solid. I also like that it gives you a rear cupholder to replace the one it takes up.

You talked me into it, matt_a. Ordered mine this evening.

Shipping is a very reasonable $6.95.

It's amazing how something as simple as an armrest makes driving the car so much more comfortable.

matt_a is right about the comfort...that arm rest is made for me!

Also, I second that it's super-easy to install...I did it in just a couple minutes, since the car was sitting in the sun and I was roasting.

One additional coment, though - the armrest is pretty much useless in it's "turned up" (out-of-the-way) position, at least when the seat is all the way back. It' actually in my way in that position. But that's OK, since I really don't ever expect to not want it in place!
