Default No passenger window controls from driver side door

Hey Guys
I just installed my Injen CAI and i disconnected the negative battery lead while doing, when i reconnected it i was unable to control the passenger window from the drivers controls. I can roll it up using the passenger control but i dont have the auto up/down function. also the light on the passenger control button keeps blinking. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem or if they know any troubleshooting tips. Thanks

Need to reset it.

Roll it all the way down from the passenger side, then all the way up and hold for a couple seconds...do the same with the drivers side and it'll come back.

It's in the manual too...that's where I learned

I did this when I installed my Sat radio in the tC and it scared the crap outta me, but came back on its own . Fooling with passenger door wires was a waste of time, except that I learned what wires control locks and windows.
