Default xB for me...

I got a chance to test drive an xB and loved it. Then I got a chance to drive my friends xB with TRD shocks, struts, and 18" balogne stretchers. I'm ordering mine this upcoming week. The good thing, it's the end of the quarter so I shouldn't have to wait long for my 05 since there will be more people ordering an 06.

Going with the Black Sand Pearl with 18" 7 spoke aftermarket meats. I just have to wait for the insurance adjusters to finish totalling out my car before I do this.

Default ...Cabin Air Filter ...

Upon delivery, pop out the glove box and open the cabin air filter tray. If it is empty, demand one. Tell them that you learned about this on ScionLife.com. See the tech section, read thread called Air Filter, Cabin Air Filter Fabrication and installation.
Then report results. Good luck with your new box.

Thanks for the info yo. I'm sure I'll get one though, my friend who has an xB is like the manager's cousin or something. It's like they got to treat me right or something.

Default ...Think again...

My other brother is the manager's mother. I'll bet you that your 2005 XB's cabin air filter tray comes empty. Does your friend have one? NO! Sure, they will treat you like royality, but your tray will be empty! This is the real world here, they are a business.
They are not giving you a filter unless you stomp your feet at the time of delivery. After that, you get to stand in line at the parts window.

I must listen to this man... he speaks with wisdom beyond his years.

J/K yo, I know what you mean though. Too many know-it-alls really spoils potential sales.
