I am stuck on what STAGE CLUTCH to purchase with the flywheel, its a daily driver but i drive very aggressively! Can any one point me in the right direction!
What kind of setup will you be running? I would say Clutchmasters Stage 3 at the most or ACT street disc with heavy duty pressure plate (talk to Joe@Dezod - he's an official dealer). Stay away from puck based clutches. I'm also waiting for the ACT streetlite flywheel (12lbs). Hope this helps.
TRD CLUTCH! I just dont think its going to be enough! I NEED MORE! And im pretty sure if i get a clutch/flywheel that match from CM they will go well together
I want to go with clutchmaster stage 3 clutch and flywheel set up. Im thinking that will give me the best results.
STAGE 3!
Im sorry but that is too much for just daily driving and no mods.
BUT, if you have say... I/H/E, and about another 1000 in performance or a turbo/SC than i would say get it but not for stock. MAYBE stage 2 at the most, i drive too agressive myself and even im not thinkin of stage 3.
Someone who actually knows about clutches, please correct me if im wrong.

Actually Stage 3 is not so bad. I've ran them on previous cars and they were my daily drivers. Engages close to stock but has a lot more clamping load. You can check with a few of the tC owners with it installed to verify. Btw Clutchmasters has the torque capacity and ratings of harshness of clutch engagement on their site so you can determine which would be best suited for you. I'm looking to push close to 300whp/300tq so the Stage 3 will be fine for me. I talked to the maker of this thread and I believe he is also looking to go FI in the near future.
Correct, with the mods i have now, and my future mods, i am defenitely going to need stage 3. I have now determined this! I want 300WHP! Minimum! I just gotta convince my wife to let me spend the money! LOL!
If you are looking for 300WHP then by all means get the Stage 3. I had the ACT street/strip on my last car and that thing was freaking awesome. I beat that crap out of the car. Took it to the track with some drag radials and it endured like ten 6k rpm launches with no problem. ACT is the best for basic bolt ons in my opinion and for daily driving but you have to know what you wnt and how much power you are going to make. good luck

All I gotta say if you hate the tC is to try and get something remotely close for $18,363 out the door
Not installed yet, waited for all the parts we wanted to install at one time together to arrive then moved, no time yet to do it. Still researching changing the final drive ratio so no big rush.
The thing with this clutch is the pad material, it is a sprung hub and the PP were selected to handle pretty high HP loads, race tires, alot of use for track days, etc, etc yet still be drivable to events though may be a bit much for a daily driver.
