are any of those part numbers for the actual harness that is needed and can only be found if you have an 06 donor?

Looks good.
How long did it take for it to be installed.
Do you know the price of the harness without installation?

I'm trying to figure out what the part number is that he is talking about because as far as I understand it, at the moment you cannot get around the issue of needing a harness from an 06 donor.

If I missed the answer somewhere in this thread, then by all means, please point it out to me because in every thread he's posted in (about this issue) he has mentioned the part number but failed to mention whether that got past the issue of needing the harness.

Most Scion dealers insist there is no way to do it without the donor's harness. Hence my question.

I talked to a few Scion dealerships and all insist that you can't buy the harness separately, and that the only way to do it is to find an 06 that will give you their harness ...

Apparently though it is possible to make one with generic parts and some knowledge of wiring ...
