Default Removing side marker lenses

I have searched for this here, and I know it's covered in the owner's manual (that's what made me try it) but how on earth do you remove the side marker lenses?? I tried the motiion that the manual showed, but it seems impossible, and I don't wanna rip it off!!! I just wanna get in there and replace the amber bulb with a Xenon or Hyper White or whatever. Has anyone accomplished this?

It just pops out...

I took mine out with my bare hands.

You can use a screwdriver to pry it.

u need a screwdriver, hammer, ax and some rope.

after you get all that, put it all down. walk to your car, pull at the front part of the sidemarker. first pull back then out. after it pops out, walk over to your screwdriver, hammer, ax and rope and think about why you pulled that all out

axe? we no longer live in the viking era.

use pneumatic tools to remove the sidemarker. ie jack-hammer.

if that doesnt work.. you can use a vice grip and use some fishing line and tie one end to the vice grip and the other to your dodge ram and have at it..

overkill.
