What tires did your tC come with?
Mine came with Yokohama S32As. I was talking to a friend of mine last night and he just bought one and it came with Bridgestone Potenzas. How many other different tires come OEM?
The Yokohama lists the S32A as the OEM tire for 2005 tC (mines an 06)

The Bridgestone website also states the RE92 is OEM for 2005 tC.
Anything else?

FYI, our data shows the following tires are used as O.E. on the tC.

I think they may have switched to the Yokohama's for '06. I was at the dealer getting my 15,000 mile service and I noticed the '06 had Yoko's. My early '05 came with the Potenzas. The tread pattern does look near identical. Not sure which is better even though I know the Potenzas blow lol.
