SPFR Radiator Hose Dress Up Kit installed! with Pics!
So i went and installed the new SPFR hose Kit this afternoon - well, all of it except the lower radiator hose, because i don't have a jack at my appartment, and i didn't want to dump my radiator in the parking garage, i'll get that one tomorrow at my friends house.
So here's the pictures! - the install is really easy, once you get those damn factory hose clamps figured out - they are a real pain in the ___ - as you can see, i ended up using different hoseclamps on a few of the hoses, and that makes things a LOT easier, well worth the $3 i spent on them as the factory clamps are a real _____ to work with.
This is a shot of the lower hose, which i haven't replaced yet. Just imagine it being all blue and shiny like the rest

That looks really good! Tell Jon he came up w/ a really cool mod. In other owrds, its a must have mod! The only hard decision is deciding what color I want on my TCM!

Stylis, here's some pictures of all the colors the kits are being offered in:
there is a lighter blue, which is a little less vibrant than the one on my car and then the red, metallic red and silver - i would guess the silver and light blue would be the most subduded of the colors.
what i want to see is the metallic red on a black cherry scion tho, that's gonna look HOT!

I asked Jon over the weekend to inquire if there was an orange, or metallic orange color available at Purosil just for the hot lava guys - if there is, he'd need 25 pre orders in the hot lava color to fill the order out.
As soon as i find out if we can get an orange color made, i'll post up and see if we can get 25 people lined up for the kits

I know I would like to buy one kit, also the young guy at the dealer would probably buy one as well ..
