So some of you may know that Henry and I are avid snowboarders. This time of year we spend much more time at the mountain than we do working on the cars,
Anyways at last week's Meet & Greet I was talking to Dustin about possibly doing a group trip to go skiing, snowboarding, tubing or whatever. Tubing might be better because it's cheaper, requires no equipment, and no experience whatsoever
Anyone interested in doing something like this? I thought it might be fun!

It'd be fun.... but I'm only game for Hood or Bachelor.... anything else is too far this season as my babies have been driven insanely too much this year...

I haven't driven my car since July, but I got it in Sept of '03. The last time I drove it was was at just over 51K miles. That's in about 1.75 years. hehe.
Anyway, I'd be interested in maybe going up there with people. I'd probably want to catch a ride with someone though. Not sure I totally trust the crx to make it up there.

I'd be game to ski someday again too... miss the 'ol times.... But Hood or Bachelor are the only mountains for me...

I was thinking that Snoqualmie might work best, since its pretty easy to get up there....even in somewhat inclement weather.
Tubing times and prices can be found here:

Anyone who is interested: if you can look this over and post what day/time would work for you....I will try to get something together. We may have to do it after the holidays, since I know that schedules get a bit hectic for all of us this time of year!

Oh and I just thought I'd mention for all you skiers/boarders:
Participating Shell stations are giving "ski free" vouchers with an 8 gallon fillup. Info here:
http://www.skiwashington.com/shell_2for1.php
Its only good on weekdays, so it doesn't do me any good, but maybe some of you can make use of it.
