When I lived in Folsom, Folsom Lake Toyota was vey good to me when it came to oil changes, maintence, etc...they didn't give me any crap for having rims, springs, etc...they were good guys and even reset the Maintenece Required light! lol
Now that I'm in the Bay Area, which Scion dealership has the best Service Dept.?....I'll go anywhere between SF and SJ for a place that won't hassle me for being so low. I wish I could do oil changes and stuff on my own, but not only do I not know how, I don't have the tools and space here in SF.....
Rico I would recommend Stevens Creek Scion. The oil changes are actually done down the street at the Toyota dealership. Last time I went in they took good care of me and know I freak out about anything. At the Scion dealership Dave (xaScionicle) is the one to talk to or at Stevens Creek Toyota I would recommend Kenny.

Oh yeah, I keep forgetting about Dave (xAscionicle). He takes care of alot peeps here on SL. Dave lets you know exactly what's wrong and what needs fixing.
I just took my xb in for 30,000 mile service to MELODY Toyota in San Bruno. Talk to Travis. He hooked me up with a free rental car and everything. That place is the sh*t. I started taking my car their because SF Toyota's service department treated me like crap! Good Luck!
BTW thanks for taking out the wood SH*T and putting in poop. LAME

I bought my xB at City Scion in Daly City and had a few minor scratchs when I picked it up, so far they have fully detailed my car and done nothing but pamper me, although the dealership looks like crap their service is excellent!!!

I second that recommendation. Had purchased my Camo from Melody... on my 2nd oil change/maint. call, Travis was my technician who wrote up my service. Nicest guy, and actually all that I've transacted with there are super-duper helpful.
SO I installed some tanabe df210 and now my shock mount on the front left is busted at the top, and anytime I hit the smallest bump it makes a horrible bang/thud sound. Should I : 1 Remove the sprigns and take it in or 2 Take it in as it is and ask them to fix it? I dont know why this ____ always happens to me but I know I didn't install them wrong I 2x checked what I was doing every step of the way
The service department at City Toyota is very small. They messed up when I went there. Went in for 5k service and wind deflector recall. I dropped the car off at around 11.30AM told me to come back at 12.30. I came back at 2PM, car was not done yet and told me to come back at 4pm. Came back at 4pm, oil change was done, but they forgot about the wind deflector. Waited there till about 4.30pm till they finished.
But they had friendly service, so I'm ok with that.
I go to Lithia in Vacaville..kinda far for anyone from the city but the service guy even waranteed my cv boots after my I put a hole in one when changing to my air suspension. There good peeps...

Taking the Scion to Foreign Affair or any other shop for service is not going to void your warranty. There have been several threads on voiding warranty on your car on ScionLife... Not that I have made any mods to my car are any thing... well, not to many.... IT’s GABE’s fault… really… phew, sorry…
I see what you are saying now. I was thinking, "Recall" type work. That would have to go to a dealer. But service, you can take it to any one. Just save the receipts of the work done if there is ever a question. It’s my “understand” if the dealer was going to void your warranty, hey would have to prove that the “non-stock” mod or part was the cause of you tire falling off or your motor falling out..
Hope this helps. . .
