new owner and member
hey everyone, I just thought I'd stop in and introduce myself.
My name is Farbodd I live in Lake Oswego.
I got my 2006 Indigo Ink Pearl xA a few weeks ago.
I'm loving the Scion life, everywhere I go I get complimetns on my car.
I've got one question too, since I'm on a tight budget does anyone know some good looking cheap mods I can get to spice things up a bit? My car is simply stock right now and I want some stuff I can show off. Right now I'm working on putting in my own LED light kit for the interior.
I'm looking forwad to the future with my Scion and possibly meeting some other owners in the area.
Thanks,
Farbodd

Welcome to the family!
There are some very fine looking modded xAs wandering around ScionLife. If you look in the galleries you should be able to spot some, and there are also some good topics in the various xA forums here.
Again, welcome! :D

We don't have too many xA's in the area here in Portland, but stop by next weekend at our meet and greet and we can show you lots of modifications and fun things you can do with little cash....
WELCOME!

Welcome to the jungle, hmm, where did GNR come from, lol, anyway, glad to see another xA on the boards. Good group of people in the Porland area as well as the guys and gals up north. I havn't made it to many gtg's but its a great way to check out others mods and decide what you want to do with yours.
Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.
I'll defnitely be seeing if I can make it this Saturday, I'll try and bring my dad and his xB along as well. He's looking to lower his car, get a vinyl wrap and some new rims in the next year I think.
As for me I just installed an LED light kit on my own into my car, it was less then $20! It's nothing fancy just kind of a novelty but I'm proud of the job I did.
btw does anyone know where I can get some like vinyl decals for the side of my car, like the kind you see on all the street racers? Thats a bad description but I think you know what I mean.
Anyways thanks for being so nice to the "kid" of the forum. And I'll hopefully be meeting some of you on Saturday.
