If you really want my thoughts I say paint... Vinyl is horrendous.. I only like vinyl if you are using it to place sponsor company names on your car... If your doing graffix go paint it looks so much nicer.. IMO

Vinyl. Paint rocks and looks great, but it's seriously pricey if done right and once it's done, it's done and you're not changing it without a LOT of work.

Vinyl can look good when done right and it wears very well. My stripes are about to have their second birthday and are just now showing their age (acid damage, tree sap, etc). Good news is that new ones are only going to run about $200 at most (installed) and I can change them up without extra effort!

Coming from someone that has paint, I vote vinyl.........lol.

For the same reason Alex said, you can change them out easy.

Plue we have a guy up here in Tulsa that is really good and cuts us a deal. He did Roger's xA down there. Roger just gave him a general idea of what he wanted and he came up with everything else.

My vote is for Vinyl. It makes it easier to sell when you sell it to buy your next Scion.

Go with vinyl, it's cheaper, and you can always peel it off.....I would love to go with paint on my xB, but I change the look of my car too much, and that would be way to expensive

here are some pics of my cars....

MY vote is for paint because if your going to show you dont want to feel the lines of your graphics , but vinyl does fit if you change the look often it is cheaper

I've seen quite a few people with vinyl beat people with paint at shows, so I don't think that should be a consideration.

I own a sign and graphics company , we do car graphics a lot and I suggest high performance vynil over paint for most jobs just because most people change their minds down the road or want to update their graphics and paint is pretty much impossible to remove without damaging the car

He can do pretty much whatever you want, your design or his.

My logo was a lot cheaper than you might think but he gives me a pretty good discount.

He did this for me too, just off a rough idea I had:
