Default Gear box sounds like it's grinding

when i start the car in the cold and warm it up i hear this grinding noise whenver i pass 15mph.

But it never happens once i drive the car around for a while.

Going to the dealer this monday :/

you can do a search on this.. others with the manual trans have had this too.. It's a bad synchronizer in the transmission most likely. This has been happening since day one, and what most dealers are doing is just putting in a new transmission...
