Hey people,
My girlfriend and I are looking to move to NC within this year (october to be exact). We were wondering how it is down there. We are coming down this weekend to the Chapel Hill area *her cousin plays for UNC basketball* and wanted to know a little bit of the area (if you see a FM tC with VA tags its me)

 

Chapel Hill is a great area! I'm there a bit here and there. My brother lives there. Great place!

 

Chapel Hill is cool. There are some good music clubs in and around the Triangle (Raleigh/Greensboro/Winston Salem). Charlotte is a great city, too. I'm kind of partial to it, since I live here, but we have great restaurants and a good nightlife. Good luck in your move! And welcome (a bit early) to North Carolina!

hey man wuz up, the chapprl hill is great man carolina basketball, and there are some pretty good clubs around there hit me up on aim sometimes im 10 mins from xchappel hill cya

 

I'm going to be on my way down either late tonight or early tomorrow morning. I will be driving around Cary, Raleigh and Durham possibly saturday and sunday just checking out living conditions and possible jobs (I'm an IT guy, so I need to see what companies are there).
