Default Loudest exhaust

aside from the throatiest exhaust out there, anyone have any ideas about which exhaust is the loudest? Cuz i most ppl said you can fix raspiness mainly with a high flow cat and resonators, so im not worried bout raspiness anymore, i just want loud. I'll get a silencer on my own. Hope to hear back soon. Thanks guys

Default What's the loudest

Well, I have a digital DB meter and with Injen CIA and Injen SES exhaust I was getting 85dB in the drivers side with windows rolled up and moon-roof closed. Sound was when I gunned the throttle in the high-way probably about 6K RPM. I do not even want to think what the sound level is outside the car but it was louder...

Man to me this is a list of things not to buy! I HATE it when some 18 yo kid drives his 2001 Honda Civic and its setting everything off around him.

If you have a bunch of friends that think this LOUD thing is cool they are really off base. I understand wanting to make more power but damn I will buy a new car before I put something like a fart can on my car.

Any full system with an S-pipe and a header will be very loud. All of the axle back systems are going to be quieter than a full system. The real noise is found in removing the header.

Now don't get my wrong I have a nice sub myself with a AVIC-N2 and screens to mach. But there are things that are just plain dumb. Plus exhaust that are really noisy tend to look like crap when installed. I like the clean look more than the..... OMG I spent a whole 3000 on some subs I/H/E and when I drive by and yell at people they must be like ohhh what a sweet ride.... Not going to happen, not on a Scion.

I live in Downtown Bellevue WA if you want to have a nice ride you need to spend over 100K on a car. I park next to a CL55 AMG when I get home every night. The condos next door OMG you name it they have it...I saw a S7 the other day (when it was somewhat nice outside)

I guess living in different areas you find things more "cool" When I lived in Kent, WA I thought that the real cool ride to get was going to me a eclipse or a mustang now I will NEVER get something like that. I am more so going towards Lexus that new 350 is nice.
