CEL will trigger VSC and Trac light to come on
did you happen to knock or mess up your MAF when installing intake??

use scan tool to pull the codes
will make the problem easier

I had this problem right after by intake was installed. I tightened the connections a little bit and the problem was not as bad--but it did not go away. I took to the dealer and they diagnosed a bad alternator. It was replaced and I have not had the problem again. I was told that those lights come on for any number of reasons. Make sure you have good connections with the intake first--hopefully that is all it is.
