Hello. I'll be buying an Xa at the end of next month. I'm getting an automatic with no options. The same day I buy it I'm going to drive around to buy some mods. I'm planning on putting a 2" drop and some 17" rims. Also thinking about an intake. Will the intake affect my mpg in any way? I want 5 or 6 spoke rims. I would appreciate all inputs. I currently live in japan. I'll be buying the car in the San Francisco bay area. So if anyone knows of places were I can get some parts let me know. Peace!

You might want to try looking in each forum for help on each issue.
Like corner carver for the drop.
Tread and butter for the tires and rimes.
Power hungry for the intake.

Phaton gray is cool and very popular thought looks ok in person. Silver streak is very nice in person as well as is polar white and indigo ink

 

I just ordered a Phantom Gray xA and was also considering Silver Streak Mica. In the end I chose a darker color because it had less contrast with the black trim accents around the windows.

The choice also depends on the style of custom parts you'll be adding.

The problem is that I'm looking for 6 spoke rims. I think 5 is too common and 7 or more is over doing it. discounttire 6 spokes start at $160.
